It is lovely place for friends and family to have a meal and hang out. The lunch special is great and economical I had a grilled chicken with vegetables and fries was wonderful and delicious. In addition they offer free wifi that is offered to the patrons. The staff is very polite and helpful the service was great. I will definitely come here again. Γ°ΕΈΛΒ

Sometimes, when travelling in the eastern world, you want to eat good grill and steak, and when you see TGIF, dont hesitate to stop by. A little bit expensive than others but it is worth it.

Pretty great place to hang, English friendly, foods a bit pricey, but not out of ordinary. However, TGI Fridays aren't really a thing on Fridays, so it's not that packed.

Comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. The bar has a smoking section and english menus. I went for lunch, had the crispy fish tacos. I wish they had been crispier and maybe a bit more flavor or I should have asked for salt #american. Overall a good experience but left a little to be desired.

Good food. The menu was not very diverse, but the atmosphere and food reminded me of home in America. They also had very good service... They even found me on the street after I left when I forgot my umbrella.

A very good place to enjoy typical American food! Food is good and quantities are huge, but overall quite expensive... The Jack Daniel's sauce recipes worth a try.The place belongs to a chain available all over Japan with the same menu and quality.

If you have been to a TGI Friday's before then you know what to expect here! Overall the experience was OK. The food we had tasted good and the menu has a good selection of finger foods and main dishes. Service was generally fast and food didn't take too long. Dishes range from onion rings and chicken wings to hamburgers, salads etc. One thing to note: the premises are quite small which compared to other larger branches makes it difficult to avoid cigarette smoke - just something to be aware of if you are a non-smoker! When I visited there were a lot of heavy smokers at the bar and when I enquired about a non-smoking section I was shown to the back of the restaurant. The air was much cleaner there - which is why it seemed to be the defacto "family with kids" seating area. Overall not a bad experience if you are looking for some "Western" food in Machida.

Expensive? Yes - my burger and fries was a whopping ΓΒ₯1900. My Long Island Iced Tea was around ΓΒ₯800, but that's actually pretty standard for the same drink at an American restaurant, and it was well-mixed - something that can't always be said for this powerhouse of a cocktail. Back to the food: it was a bit pricey, but the burger was MASSIVE (aka regular American sit-down restaurant size vs McDonald's), the fries were great, and they gave us Heinz ketchup and mustard, which do taste quite different from Japanese brands, and was the cherry on top for the most authentically American meal I've had at a restaurant in Japan. So, if you're feeling homesick and have some money to blow, definitely check it out. BONUS: the waiter spoke perfect English! I speak Japanese, but man, did I feel at home.

TGIS is an American restaurant and is usually not to expensive but bc it's on Japan they jack up there prices a lot which and the menu is small comparitive.

The food and service were awesome! Although I was kind of disappointed with the amount of fries that came with our ribs and the amount of mashed potatoes that came with our steak!! But everything else is awesome!

Despite what my american friends say, i Love TGI Fridays. It is a little more expensive than your usual fast food restaurant but you get a good amount which is delicious. Especially the guacamole! I come here at least once a month I guess. Oh and please try the strawberry Daiquiri!!

The restaurant is located very close to the Machida train station. It takes about 2 minutes or so on foot. The food is almost the same as in the US. The staff speak both English and Japanese. You can also get your left overs as take out. This is good because most Japanese restaurants donΓ’β¬β’t offer take out services. The price range is similar to most restaurants in Japan ($$$-$$$$). I highly recommend the chocolate milkshake.

Great place to hang out if you need a little dose of America when in Tokyo. A little pricey but the happy hour prices are better. The buffalo chicken tacos are absolutely amazing
